Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Amendments to 2022 c.12
- 2022 Chapter 12 is amended as described in this section.
- In section 6, add new subsection (3) that reads -
(3) This Act may be cited as the Third Educational Reform Act 2022
- In section 6, replace subsection (2) with a new subsection that reads-
(2) This Act comes into force upon royal assent.
2 Short title, commencement and extent
- This Act may be cited as the Third Educational Reform (Amendment) Act 2022
- This Act comes into force upon royal assent.
- This Act have the same extent as the Act which it amends.
