Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Amendments to the Scotland Act 1998

  1. The Scotland Act 1998 is amended as follows:
  2. In Schedule 5, Section B3, after “... in respect of such membership.”, insert “Referendums on any matter reserved by this Schedule”.

2 Short title, commencement and extent

  1. This Act may be cited as the Scotland (Amendment) Act 2021.
  2. This Act extends to Scotland.
  3. This Act comes into force upon royal assent.
