Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Amend the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions, 2016
- Amend the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions, 2016, to change the hexagons on the football of a ‘stadium’ road sign to pentagons, as the current situation is geometrically impossible on an actual football.
- Allow for all road signs henceforth regarding stadiums to have a new symbol with the above in mind.
2 Short title, commencement and extent
- This Act may be cited as the Traffic Signs Act 2021.
- This Act comes into force on the passing of this Act.
- This Act extends to all parts of the United Kingdom.
