Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Definitions
Weapons of mass destruction refer to nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons.
Section 2: Action
In the event of a suspected attack, the Secretary of Defense shall have the power to order retalitory strikes and mobilize the military. However, The Secretary of Defense shall remain without the power to order deployment of weapons of mass destruction.
Section 3: Short title, commencement and extent
- This Act may be cited as the Rapid Crisis Response Act 2021
- This Act comes into force on the passing of this Act.
- This Act extends to the whole of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and its Overseas Territories.
