Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 Amendment to Existing Acts
- In the Government of Wales Act 2006, Schedule 7A:
- Remove “bank holidays,” from Section 190
- Remove Section 191
- Remove Section 192
- In the Scotland Act 1998, Schedule 5:
- Remove Section L6
- Remove Section L7
Section 2 Commencement, Extent, and Short Title
- This act applies to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- This act may be cited as the Devolution of Time and Space Act 2021.
- This act comes into force upon royal assent.
