Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Repeals

  1. The Taiwan Support Act 2019 is repealed.
  2. The Hong Kong Treaty Obligation Enforcement Act 2019 is repealed.

2 Misc.

  1. Her Majesty’s Government may not provide military assistance to the government in Taipei referring to itself as the Republic of China.
  2. Her Majesty’s Government is to make measures to promote coöperation between businesses in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and businesses in the People’s Republic of China over the next five (5) years.

3 Commencement and extent

  1. This act extends to the entirety of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  2. This act may be cited as the Sino–British Relations Repair Act 2021.
  3. This act comes into force three months after receiving royal assent.
