Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 The Health and Social Care Act of 2012 is hereby repealed.
- This bill may be cited as the Restoration of Local Health Act
- This bill applies to all regions to which the sections of the Health and Social Care Act of 2012 applied
- This bill commences on September 1st 2021.
